How do donations work?
You choose a campaign and amount, complete checkout with our payment partner, and we record your gift. Successful payments update the campaign progress in near real time.
Can I donate anonymously?
Yes — enable the anonymous option on the donation form. Your name will not be shown publicly on activity feeds.
Which payment methods are supported?
Available methods depend on the gateway configured by the platform (e.g. bank transfer, e-wallet). The checkout page always lists what is live for your session.
Is my personal data safe?
We use industry-standard practices, limit data collection to what is needed for donations and support, and do not sell your information.
How do I get a receipt or check my donations?
Create an account and open My donations in your profile. Confirmation emails are sent when mail is configured on the server.
Who runs each campaign?
Each project is created and managed by its organiser. Read the full story and gallery on the campaign page before you give.
